The goal of the game, WORDS OF THE WISE: Defeat a system of thinking. Important note: The goal is to defeat a system of thinking, not defeat people who think differently. We need to teach people how to speak about equality by making incremental changes that moves the team towards their goal. Ya can’t just drive the bus down the middle of the street! We are going to need to do this incrementally. If they both speak to equality but only one actually practices it, then we need to form an alliance to get to the TRUTH.

Are you the Tactician? – Helping recognize the problem and pointing in the right direction.

Are you the Quartermaster? – Supplying the team with the truth.

Are you the Vanguard? – Standing firm against harmful and toxic messages.

Are you the Operator – Applying the solution in real life situations.

Are you the Medic – The glue that keeps the team together in the mission field.

Maybe there are more players that could join. Maybe there are cross-player shared responsibilities. That’s OK! That’s why we are a TEAM.

The game is called, WORDS OF THE WISE. The goal of the game is not to prove that one side is better than the other. We need to change the game. The goal is to work together as a Team.

TEAM JESUS.
