Lately I have been getting pulled into things that were not my idea. It has happened THREE times in the past 3 weeks! Here is my bamboozled Christmas list:
- 12 Days of Christmas Gift of Fun Clown for my Church Family Christmas Program.
- When you drive a tractor for a Christmas Light Show Hay Ride to raise money for your website.
- Some how I got nominated to be the Secretary at the Fishing Club where I am a member.
The 12 days of Christmas song was originally created to teach children about the The 12 days of Christmas which actually begins after Advent on Christmas Eve. The 12 Days of Christmas is actually liturgical! There are hidden meanings in the song that are actually biblical. For example: The Pear tree represents the cross. I reference these truths in my post Tis the Season – Left Overs. The 12 days of Christmas are between Christmas day, December 25th and the first Day of Epiphany, January 6th. Epiphany is the feast of the coming of Christ or a time for a celebration – We know Epiphany as the coming of the Three(3) Kings. The 12 Crazy Days of Christmas is what you are about to view. What we did in this “skit” was Definitely not liturgical. It was just pure fun. There is no rhythm. But it sure is funny.
I hope you are finding peace in your journey as you prepare for this Christmas season.
Have a great weekend everybody and I promise to work on my rhythm!
