If It’s Way time, How is the Way?

In this Way the Word of the Lord flourished and prevailed. Acts 19:20 CSB

On Monday, we recognized It’s Way time. We identified the root of the Way as an early label for Christianity. We identified the root of its origin of time in the book of Acts. We identified the root of the Way as Jesus.

How Exactly is the Way?

There are a TRINITY OF WAYS.

And Jesus said, “ In this Way.”

1. Scripture

Mathew 26:54 NIV

54 “But how then would the Scriptures be fulfilled that say it must happen in this way?”

And Jesus said, “In the same Way.”

2. His Example

Mathew 5:16 NIV

16 “In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

And Jesus said, “Pray then in this way.”

3. Prayer

Mathew 6:9-13 NRSVA

9 ‘Pray then in this way:

Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name.
10 Your kingdom come.
Your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us this day our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13 And do not bring us to the time of trial,
but rescue us from the evil one.

This TRINITY of Ways represents His LOVE.
