What If you think your prayers aren’t working? Recently, my wife and I played in a pickle ball league at a local church. Before each match, someone would offer a prayer. This day, as per usual, the person praying prayed to keep us safe with no injuries.

Midway through the first game the woman on the other team screamed in agony and ended up on the floor in immense pain. Long story short, she was carried out of the gym by her husband. Her final diagnosis was a torn meniscus in her knee.

Why didn’t our prayer work? Sometimes we send what seems like 1000 Prayers, yet it seems like God is not hearing us. Or is He? Are you paying attention? Are you missing it? Is your mind open to what is going on around you? Do you see God working in other places other than the direct way you think? Are you even looking for Him? – there?

Slow down – there’s some kinda blessing here! Wait, what? Yes! Maybe there is a silver lining in all this….But my messages don’t seem to go through!

Do you stalk God? Don’t miss your cue!

So, keep your eyes on the horizon – keep your eyes on God!
