Are you posturing?

I am not talking about standing up straight. 

I am asking if you have the perfect Facebook Life. – Cyber 

I am asking if you present yourself in social atmospheres as superior, more spiritual, or tough to appear righteous to others. – Social

I am asking if you are pretending not to care, acting unbothered, or projecting strength while hiding insecurity. – Emotional

I am asking if you have very strong political views that you present to others to gain favor or influence, yet never act on any of them. – Political

I am asking you if you use body language such as standing tall, puffed out chest, circumscribed actions, in attempt to assert dominance. – Phyiscal

Do you project to be something that you really aren’t?

Warning against Hypocrisy: 

Luke 12:1

“Be on your guard against the yeast of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.”

We have to warn.
We have to prepare.
We have to build.
We have to train.
We have to educate.
We have to respond.

WE RESPOND WITH LOVE

3 Ways Jesus Responds:

Jesus responds by exposing in public.

Jesus responds by confronting with truth. 

Jesus responds by inviting repentance.

Why does this matter? It matters because the door is always open. Jesus always provides a path of love that allows us to speak the truth. Jesus always provides a path of love that allows us to repent of our sins and ask His forgiveness.
